Common pricing questions

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the new price takes effect at your next billing date.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts, no minimum commitment. All plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose). You can cancel at any time and continue using your account until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I exceed my spend limit?

You'll receive alerts at 80% and 90% of your limit. If you hit 100%, new transactions will be declined until the next month or until you upgrade. You can also request a temporary increase by contacting support.

How does the 14-day trial work?

You get full access to all features of your chosen plan for 14 days. No credit card required to start. If you don't add payment details, you'll automatically move to the Free plan after the trial.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No setup fees for any plan. Enterprise customers may have optional paid onboarding and training packages available, but these are never required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct debit (BACS) for Business and Enterprise plans. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer or invoice.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?

Yes! We offer 50% off Growth and Business plans for registered charities and B Corp certified companies. We also partner with accelerators to offer startup credits—ask us if your accelerator is a partner.

What's included in "unlimited" virtual cards?

Truly unlimited. Create as many virtual cards as you need at no additional cost. Each card gets unique details, can have individual limits, and can be frozen or cancelled independently.
